Howarthia Limifolia

Haworthia, is a popular succulent plant that belongs to the Asphodelaceae family. Native to South Africa, it is highly regarded for its distinctive textured leaves and attractive growth habit.. The rosettes can reach a height of about 6 inches (15 cm) and gradually spread out to form attractive clusters.

Haworthia limifolia is a relatively low-maintenance plant that thrives in bright but indirect light conditions.Haworthia limifolia can be grown in well-draining soil specifically formulated for succulents or cacti. It is also suitable for growing in small containers, rock gardens, or as part of succulent arrangements.

This lovely hardy little plant feels and looks like plastic. I remember the first time I laid eyes on him I thought he wasn’t real. He forms dark green rosettes that offset. Best grown in pots, however nothing to stop you putting him in a protected spot in the garden. Early to morning sun is best.

NOTE: Haworthia do like to have up to 70% shade or filtered light and its a good idea if they are kept in pots to re pot at least once per year.
