Shipping Time and Delivery

Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location and the courier service used. Delivery times typically range between 2-5 business days after dispatch.

• Domestic Orders: Delivered within India.
• International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and the shipping method selected during checkout. Applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Undelivered or Failed Deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery attempt (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.), the courier service will typically make a second attempt. If the delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.

• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Help@veenplants.inwith photos of the damaged package and its contents. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
• Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us with your order details. We will work with the courier service to track your package and provide a resolution.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on the courier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or logistical issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Cancellation/Refund Request Time

You may request to cancel your order within 2 days of purchase or Cancel the Order at the time of delivery.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days after you receive your product. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
